Hiroshi Japanese Fusion specializes in fusion sushi rolls, offering all sorts of original creations that you cannot find elsewhere. But Hiroshi also offers an extensive selection of creative entrees to suit any palate, so you will not go hungry here no matter what you like to eat.

Food here is really good. I always get the 2 roll lunch special which comes with soup and salad for a great price. They forgot my seaweed salad last time but someone delivered it within 10 mins!!

Quality of food here is questionable. Salmon in rolls are now left over bits and pieces (not the spicy salmon type rolls where this is expected). I called to ask why this is and the answer was that you may or may not get a solid piece of salmon. This was their last chance, before this was almost frozen pieces of fish in the rolls. So if you don't care that they use you to get rid of leftovers, this is a good place to throw your money away.

Delivery was fast and the food was better than bland but not really full of flavor and it seemed as if my dish had an entire green bell pepper in it and 5 pieces of chicken. Will NOT be ordering again.

I have been a customer of Hiroshi for 2+ years - My office is now further from the restaurant (about 10 blocks), but I love the sushi, so i've been getting it delivered - the confirmation email always says 25-40 minutes, and I've waited on several occasions for 1hr+ for my lunch order to be delivered. In my most recent experience, my friend and I ordered for delivery, confirmation said 25-40 minutes as usual, and we had been waiting an hour, so we called to check and make sure it was en route.. We were told the order had left awhile ago and was on its way. Another 20 minutes pass by and still no order, so we call again. This time, the man assures us our order was already delivered (which is wasn't) -- so we asked that we either be refunded or have the order redelivered within the following 15 minutes, and he started arguing with my friend over the phone, and hung up on her. Neither the original order nor the redelivery showed up. As a loyal customer for 2+ years, they have just lost my business and I will never order from here again.

Just called twice to see where my delivery was (over an hour and 15 mins later) and the guys tells me it was delivered, said it wasn't his fault why I didn't get my order, and while I was in mid-sentence talking he hung up on me. Rude.
*I used to work near their restaurant and go in 3x a week with no problem. So to see his piss poor attitude and lack of communication skills really shine while on the phone was appalling.
Rule #1: Never mess with someone who hasn't had lunch!

I had such an unpleasant experience! the delivery guy was SO RUDE he came yelling that $1.50 was nothing and was screaming "no more delivery" seriously! I order one roll and one coke, it was $10 and the restaurant its literally 3 blocks form my place, food was whatever and definitely wot order from them!

I've ordered from Hiroshi a bunch of times - I almost always get the Sweetheart Roll. Usually it's very good, however the other day I got it and it definitely tasted a little fishy (read: old). I will order from them again because I feel like this was (hopefully) a one-time thing, but if it happens again I will stop giving them my business.

Ordered using the pickup option for the first time. Pickup estimate was 5-10 minutes, I got there 9 minutes after the order was placed and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I had spicy tuna and avocado/peanut rolls. The spicy tuna was pretty bad, I ate one piece and threw the rest out. The avocado roll was ok. Will not order again.

Only giving one star because zero isn't an option. The sushi smells old and fell to pieces as soon we picked it up and the chicken teriyaki was comparable to rubber - basically inedible. Big disappointment as we are always looking for good, local sushi and just spent $35 on something that we didn't even eat/enjoy.

Yellowtail and jalapeno came 3/4 cooked with the ends of the jalapeno. Restaurant responded, "That's our style." Veggie dumplings were pork. Hot soups in bag next to sushi, started cooking the fish. Skip this place.

I still have not received my food after an hour of waiting (well past the time estimate), and when I called to check on it whoever answered the phone swore that she did not have an order from me, and refused to take my seamless web order number which would have made it easy to look up. After giving her multiple phone numbers and much confusion she finally found my order and would only say its "on its way"

Really disappointed with my last experience. Food is suppose to come in 15 to 30 minutes and it took an hour. I ended up being a half hour late for an appointment that I needed to be on time for. In addition, instead of getting the inside out salmon/avocado roll that I ordered and paid for I got a plain salmon roll, seaweed on the outside with not much fish in it. Not something I could call and make them come back for, probably would have taken another hour but still the minor order screw - up combined with the crappy delivery crosses this place off my food ordering list.

I have not even tasted the food yet because I have been waiting over 45 minutes for my lunch, which had an estimated delivery time of 15-30 minutes. I really hate it when the delivery times are off by so much, as I sometimes often select a restaurant based on the delivery time. I will not order from this restaurant again for this reason alone, even if the udon soup I ordered for lunch is amazing.

Nothing wrong with the food (other than the fact that it was a little cold). My main issue with this place was the delivery guy. He was extremely rude to me because he felt that I didn't tip him enough. It's unfortunate because he won't be getting any tips from me from now on because I won't order from here again.

I ordered through seamlessweb and they took 30 minutes for my order to be ready and it wasnt until I asked for a refund that they actually went in to the kitchen and checked for my food. There were people that didnt call ahead or ordered online and they still got their food before me. I usually go dine in with coworkers there all the time and they sit you right away and serve your food in like 5 mins and bring you the bill in 10, but when it comes for pick up, the website says 5-10mins but they need to change it to 25-35 mins, I wont be ordering pick up from here again. Aji Sushi a block away is friendlier and faster

I just received my order from Hiroshi and the quality of the fish is very bad. I ordered Chirashi, and the Tuna tasted and smelled bad so I threw it out. The salmon is very fatty, so I cannot eat much of that either. The White tuna is good, but bad fish is a deal breaker for me.

Food is great at this place, and their delivery is generally pretty quick. But at this point tonight I ordered my food nearly an hour ago and it's still not here. They said 15-30 mintes. If I'm debating on where to order, I'll choose based on delivery time. Don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I waited 20 minutes when I got there ( even thoughi had pre ordered my food). I said pad thai with no eggs- it came with shrimp and chicken! It should be vegetables unless noted

delivery was on time as noted but the sushi was mediocre at best. i ordered the spicy tuna and the eel cucumber. the rice is too dry & not seasoned properly, there are bones in the eel, and the rolls fall apart when you try to pick them up.

My colleagues order from here often - usually fresh, delicious rolls. I joined them today (separate order) and received some terrible, terrible rolls. Fish was not fresh, it smelled / tasted awful. Was not whole pieces but the last scraps of the filet. I called and asked if there was anything they could do for me since I had heard great things and apparently my order was not up to their normal standards. They would not send a new order, so I am afraid this is my one and only experience with them. Too many sushi options to choose from to give them a second try. Bummer.

The food was horrible. The ginger dressing tasted sour and spoiled. The pad thai was very bland and with the same old taste of something spoiled being used to cook it. I ended up throwing my whole meal in the garbage. I will never order from them again.

All of the sushi rolls came unrolled before I could even pick them up. I ordered at 10pm so maybe I got neglected with it being the end of the night, who knows. Either way, quality should be 100% from open to close and the rolls left much to be desired.

Great lunch specials. Good tasting rolls and good variety of selection. I get any 2 rolls with spicy crunchy salmon and spicy tuna. So much better than lunch specials that limit you to california rolls.
